B.A.M for Everyday Wellbeing

You can! With my Breath.Awareness.Movement (B.A.M) program, I am going to give you handy tools that you will use to help you go from everyday 'distress' to 'de-stress' in moments.
With a few simple techniques, You can teach yourself to 'respond' rather than 'react' to daily pressures. You will instantly feel more energetic, awake and agile.
The program is SAFE, practical, healthy, sustainable,
effective, easy to implement and economical.
It is beneficial for people who:
sit or stand in one place for long periods of time
struggle to work with healthy posture

The average day can be stressful on our physical and emotional wellbeing. No matter what you do or where you work, your day is fraught with so many demands and situations that are beyond your control. Whether you are an administrator, a nurse, a mechanic, a project manager, a restaurant server, a busy mom or dad, or a graphic designer - we all share similar daily challenges and suffer the same impacts on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. How do you arrange a visit?
I will travel to your location at a convenient time to teach the program to your group. You will need to schedule one hour and have a fairly quiet space where everyone can sit and stand comfortably. That's all! There are no special requirements. Your group will receive personal instruction, handy reference material and access to the ongoing, online support.
