The average day can be stressful on our physical and emotional wellbeing. No matter what you do or where you work, your day is fraught with so many demands and situations that are beyond your control. Whether you are an administrator, a nurse, a mechanic, a project manager, a restaurant server, a busy mom or dad, or a graphic designer, we all share similar daily challenges and suffer the same impacts on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
