Everyday Wellbeing

Imagine feeling more empowered every day, having more energy, sharper focus and stamina.  Imagine having a more relaxed yet effective body and mind and being able to more consciously and skillfully navigate the challenges of daily life at work and at home . . .

You can!  With my Breath.Awareness.Movement (B.A.M.) program, I am going to give you handy tools that you will use to go from everyday 'distress' to 'de-stress' in moments.

You will be able to teach yourself to 'respond' rather than 'react' to daily pressures.  You will instantly feel more energetic, awake and agile.

The program is SAFE, practical, healthy, sustainable,  effective, easy to implement and economical.

There is a good reason why many of the world's most progressive organizations, such as GOOGLE, are offering 'science-based training to optimize wellbeing and effectiveness at work' - because they have seen the benefits for individuals, the organization and the world beyond the workplace.  There is a six-month waiting list for their in-house program!

The average day can be stressful on our physical and emotional wellbeing.  No matter what you do or where you work, your day is fraught with so many demands and situations that are beyond your control.  Whether you are an administrator, a nurse, a mechanic, a project manager, a restaurant server, a busy mom or dad, or a graphic designer, we all share similar daily challenges and suffer the same impacts on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.   If you are an employer, you are aware of the cost of these demands.  High stress levels can mean decreased effectiveness, creativity and efficiency, low workplace morale, decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, staff burnout, general ill-being of people in the workplace, physical strain from sitting, standing, etc.

I am here to help! . . . I have taken proven, effective techniques from timeless traditional wellbeing sources to create A program that provides maximum benefit in a few minutes per session - and that you can easily adopt for yourself and your valued employees!

In only a few minutes, you can boost your self-care and take steps to counteract the effect of daily stress, anytime, anywhere!  That's why I developed my B.A.M (breath.awareness.movement) program - to help make your day a little better and get you to a place where you are responding to events rather than reacting - a place where you feel more calm, energized, positive, organized, confident, effective and in control.   With regular practice of the B.A.M program, you will feel better able to respond to life's pressures and may even learn to proactively step away from habitual, often unconscious emotional and physiological reactions to everyday events.  You don't need any special clothing, equipment or even much space to do it and - you won't be upside down or sweating or doing anything physically difficult!

And more good news . . . once you have taken the initial introduction to the program . . the interesting part is only beginning!

As a B.A.M. Member, you will have ongoing FREE access to the Facebook Group where you will receive support from me, tips on how to incorporate B.A.M. into your daily routines, and more in-depth information from the world of wellbeing science.  I want to help make your day better and I'll be your biggest booster!

How do you sign up to take my program?

Soon, there will be an online portal for individuals to take the course - at home and in your own time.  If you have a group and would like me to come out to your location -

I am a busy seamstress and designer and when I have been sitting too long at my sewing machine, I step away and do my B.A.M sequence for a few minutes. I feel better right away, in my posture, neck, back, circulation and flexibility. I feel focused and able to go back to the creative process with more energy and that allows me to add valuable work time to my day.
